I made email contact regarding a car that just was missing one piece from my wanted list. Sales staff were very responsive and helpful.

Very easy process in buying new to me vehicle and getting fair traid in on my old gle 350

When they finally did get back to me, the prices that they were talking were almost $2000 more than the listed price and they weren’t really sure if they still had it and it’s just a lot of run around. I just moved onto a different place.

They were great all the way around. I was candid with what I needed/wanted. Purchase was made and had to bring car back for issues (they addressed them immediately). Stand up place!

I inquired about a 2022 Prius Prime I found for sale on Car Gurus, the Prius had excellent low milage, had clean title history with no prior accidents reported. Photos showed clean exterior and interior. I sent my trade in information over to them on Saturday April 25, I did not hear back until April 28th that my info would be sent to the appraisal team. Then I received a follow up email from them stating the "The car was found to have too much work needed to bring it up to an acceptable level of functionality for retail sale; so the decision was made to send the car to the wholesale auction." There is no way this could have been true with the advertisement and photos I saw. I'm only left to believe they have some shady sales practices. I don't know how to rate the condition accuracy, because the car looked beautiful and to be told it wasn't acceptable and taken to auction?

I was planning to purchase a 2023 BMW 3 Series through my bank and was informed that the pricing they offered would be reflected online within 24 hours, as it differed from the listed online price. However, when I checked the following day, the vehicle was no longer available. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
