I bought this car sight unseen from reading BMW. The contact was entirely with their Sales Rep, Sabrina O. It was a straight forward deal as the car was virtually new with only 1,261 miles and the warranty had only been activated in April 2026. It was priced fairly, and there were no hidden or unusual charges so there was no haggling involved. Sabrina videoed the entire car for me, pointing out two very minor scratches which she had her body shop address. Sabrina made the process easy as she LISTENED to my questions are responded succinctly. No unnecessary salesman comment or monologue with this lady! The car was delivered to my driveway in Ohio without issues.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! I had the pleasure of working with Devin and he was so helpful with an initial video before I traveled to the dealership. The car was in fantastic shape and everything he said it was. They had me in and out the day of my purchase and just really went above and beyond to make me feel like the sale mattered to them. Top notch dealership. I worked with Kerry and he is a great guy and salesman. He talks to you like a friend rather than a car salesman. I'm sure anyone trading this knows how some car salespeople can be. We couldn't work out a deal but he did his best to make it work. Unfortunately it was my fault as I couldn't afford the car I wanted. This was a great experience and dealerships and salespeople can learn from them. Thank you Kerry and team for helping me out.

My experience was great. The staff were very friendly. Pete helped me and was very efficient I got to tear drive the car ane pricing options in a short amount of time. My only difficulty was finding a place to park upon my arrival.
