We were looking for either a GMC Acadia Denali, or a Cadillac XT5 - they had both listed for sale. We drove to their lot, got out and started looking around. Ten minutes later, someone came out and asked if we were being helped - my reply was "Not yet". She then turned around and went back into the building. A gentleman came out ten minutes after that encounter, and his first words were "That's not for sale", explaining that the Land Rover on display has a cracked glass roof and wasn't for sale. I asked about the six vehicles we were interested in - they were all on the back lot. We found two of them. Every vehicle we looked in wasn't cleaned or conditioned, with the exception of ArmorAll slathered EVERYWHERE. Nothing was vacuumed. Every vehicle had trash in it. Most had cracked windshields. After being on the lot for thirty minutes, we decided to leave. Those two interactions were the only times anyone spoke to us, even after entering the building. Would NOT recommend!!

They seem to specialize in cars that have been totaled at least once. They usually hve rebuilt titles. I don’t look at their ads anymore.

They are very helpful. If they don't have the vehicle you originally was looking at, they find one in the same price range and also allow you to make payments on the down payment.
