never made it to dealership, said someone else was test driving and not to come out to dealership, then next day they informed me the deal did not go through and to come out to veiw vehicle and then they call ed and said was in service, because engine kight cam eon and would call me when repaired and never returned a call, so purchased elsewhere

I will never buy a car from Kia of Streetsboro. Shady at best. Watch the final page when they try to hook you in for a service contract- and tell you it is mandatory for 'your car.' I got to the last page for a deal on a car they can't sell (it's still sitting on the lot), and there was a $4,000 service contract. I asked to remove it- they refused. I said, NO DEAL!

The dealer responded but there were lots of fees. When we tried to negotiate we went with another truck.

The car needed way more work than we anticipated. We were able to get the price down a little bit because of the work we noticed needed done when we test drove the car but once we got at home and we were able to lift up the car and give it a good look over it needed way more work. They told us the car had no issues or accidents reported, but once we were able to give a good look at the car when it was lifted up, it definitely has been in an accident. We tried to call the dealership to speak with them about it because I was pretty unhappy once we were able to get the car a good look over how much work it actually needed all new front end suspension and someone put new brake pads but not new rotors so we had to replace that also when I try to contact the dealership about it I got no response at all. My calls were ignored and so was my text message so I can say I’m a little disappointed, but the car is getting the work done on it right now.
