Dealer provided a trove of information about the vehicle and offered to set up an appointment. The salesperson was very helpful over the internet. We found another vehicle so there was no reason to go for a test drive.

The dealership doesn’t handle the financial and account transfer process. I’ve had the car for over a month and can’t add it to my app or supercharge it. Neither Tesla nor Audi in Cary, North Carolina, can help. I’m stuck in limbo!!!
