Allen Mercedes (ironic name at Audi) was very helpful and attentive. He gets an A+. Hamad, the finance manager successfully sold me on a few add-ons that I don't normally purchase, but hey, it was my decision and not high pressure. All good all around. The car was ready and clean. It did take a bit longer to go through the paperwork than I had expected.

I was eye balling an SUV that I really wanted for a while. Sam was awesome and made it possible for me to get the mom car that I wanted. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you again for everything and the wonderful customer service

The sales specialist was professional in their follow-up, but the initial coordination was poor. I traveled from out of town for a confirmed appointment, only to have the car sold to someone else while I was en route. By the time they notified me it was available again, I had already moved on to another dealership. A disappointing experience due to what they called a "system error."

Tyler and Sam the receptionist, the lady in the fiance department were great. In fact everyone I came in contact with in the dealership was helpful and attentive. The best dealership I have ever been to. This is my second time there . I will recommend this dealership to any and everyone.

From start to finish, the staff was professional, helpful, and patient. Francisco was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions, was very knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the process. He was patient, honest, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience much easier. The financing process was smooth and straightforward, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. The only disappointment was with the trade-in offer on my vehicle. The final offer ended up being much lower than what I was initially expecting, so I decided not to trade my car in. However, I want to be clear that this was not Francisco's fault. He was transparent and helpful throughout the entire process and did everything he could to assist me. Despite that issue, I am very happy with my Jeep purchase and grateful for the excellent customer service I received. Francisco truly went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend them.

The staff experience couldn’t have been more pleasant. Multiple members acted fast, answers my questions, worked on a deal, and handled objections well. I’ve shopped for many cars from a distance and few dealers made me feel this comfortable. Well done!
