I had a great experience with the salesperson named Gabe. I went in looking at the XT6 and decided it wasn't the right fit for me. He asked me what I was looking for and we came up with what I eventually purchased was Audi Q5 hybrid. The communication was great and there was no pressure to buy.

This dealership was very fast to respond to my inquiry and stayed right with me I just feel like just about every car dealer will go solely by the book when looking at used as even with the pictures they called out needing brakes and tires and I just had this uniy less than a month ago in and less than 500 miles ago and it didn't need tires or brakes and brakes had been replaced less than 20,000 miles ago no one even asked me what had been done to our trade in so that I feel is the weak part of most dealerships instead of valuing a trade by looks it's by books.

The salesman, Andrew Horstman, was very helpful and made sure I understood everything about the new car. The evaluation of my trade-in vehicle was done by Tyler Ballard and he was very fair. And the finance manager, CJ, was very informative and explained all the options available to me. Everyone I met at Audi-St. Paul were wonderful people. I got a great deal and would highly recommend this place to anyone. They really care about their customers.
