Troy and Oscar were great to work with. Troy helped me through the process and was able to keep me informed as pricing for the vehicle changed. Being that this was not an Audi vehicle, he still had the knowledge to assist me with questions as they came up. Additionally, Oscar was very knowledgeable on the finance side and made my decision making process much easier. They were even able to get me a better rate than the one I was expecting to receive through another bank. While I was not thrilled that the bank I wanted to use was mentioned as difficult to work with after being told numerous times that they worked with them, the loan was identical and I was ensured that the loan would absolutely satisfy my needs.
