I started working with this dealership on a Sunday because I was highly interested in a car they had just taken in. I had explained to them that I lived out of state and was still willing to drive out to get the car and do whatever it took to start working numbers and get the ball rolling. The GM refused to hold the car even after sending all the information I needed to send. The company they work with, Driveway, took over and did nothing but drag their feet about selling the car to me and then after taking my credit application and running my credit, they proceeded to sell the car to another customer after not updating me for a day and half. Probably the worst experience and highly frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my recent visit. I came in genuinely ready to purchase, but Jay was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely indifferent to earning my business. He showed no customer service skills, no product knowledge, and zero interest in making a sale. From start to finish, he was unhelpful and made it clear he did not care whether I bought a car or left. This was not a minor lapse; it was a total failure to represent Audi. This experience was completely unacceptable and has permanently turned me off from your dealership. Because of Jay, I will not buy from your dealership, I will take my business elsewhere, and I will share my experience. I strongly recommend immediate retraining or removal from sales. I expect better from Audi and a direct response.

I purchased my first vehicle from Audi Pasadena back in 2021, and after having a great experience, I decided to return again in 2026 to purchase my new Audi Q5. Taylor in sales was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He made the entire buying process smooth and straightforward without any unnecessary pressure. Ivan in finance was also great and made the financing process quick, simple, and stress-free. It says a lot about a dealership when you feel confident coming back five years later for another vehicle. Once again, Audi Pasadena provided a great experience. A big thank you to Taylor and Ivan for taking care of me and making my second purchase just as smooth as the first. Highly recommend!

The day of the purchase was longer than expected but not excessive and it was mostly due to others purchasing in front of us. The staff was great and met our needs for sure.

This dealership is very bad. The sales woman treat me like I was not a serious buyer didn’t seem to want to help me at all. They didn’t wanna even negotiate the price. They try to give me some story how they checked every car similar to theirs within 100 miles and they beat every price which is completely wrong because they were higher than everybody. I was a serious guy with a huge down payment ready negotiate they treated me like I was a nobody. I would avoid this dealership. There’s plenty of Audi dealers around within 100 mile radius.haha
