He was a true gentleman and although I did not purchase a car from them he made my experience there above my expectation. I recommend this dealership based on my experience there with Demetrius.

The whole process from beginning to end is typical of buying a truck. The only hiccup was the truck had a recall that prevented us driving it home. We did eventually get it Friday (purchased Monday). Overall a very pleasant experience.

The book value of the vehicle $6500 the car was listed for $7900, when we spoke about the realistic of the pricing the owner told us he needs to eat food. The had missing parts from the fog light, when asked to adjust the price owner refuse to change price on vehicle, after walking away from the bargaining table, we were called to return to so they can work a offer with us, we never return it was frustrating trying to workout a deal. So we did not return.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The process took a lot longer than we anticipated which was a bit frustrating at times, but they remained very kind and patient with us throughout.

I highly recommend buying from this dealer, the loan situation might be tricky, but I was able to get a personal loan. Also, the warranty that was offered for free was extremely fair and the addition warranty I chose to add on is a highly rated company and a very reasonable price.
