I’ve talked to two salesmen and none wanted to help me. I made an offer on the vehicle and Maria Zavalas responded with just no. Didn’t even try a counter offer. She said that the price was as low as it will get. Since then the price has gone down almost 2 grand. I asked to speak to a manager and none has called me.

Worst purchase experience. Not transparent with price, sales team unaware of status of vehicles. Did not receive a purchase order, no spare key. Failure to return calls or emails when requested. Didn’t even fill up the vehicle after purchase. Highly discourage to purchase here. There are plenty of other dealerships in San Antonio, I would save your time and go to a dealership that conducts themselves as professionals.

Trade in offer was low compared to other dealers. My biggest problem is I am 7 days out having bought a truck from them, that is going into the shop with multiple problems. I feel like these problems should have been taken care of. Now I have a nice truck that I'm unable to drive.

The worst salesman and dealership I have ever been to. Went to buy a 10,000 car and was told the bank wouldn’t approve for the car. Salesman went ahead and submitted an application for a brand new car instead of the cheaper one. I only found out that the salesman didn’t submit an application for the cheaper car was because I was preapproved and I called the lender to find out what happened. The salesman claimed he did submit it even though lender says he didn’t. Needless to say they will lie to your face to upsell you are car. Stay away.
