The only contact I have had with Limited Motors Auto Group was a telephone contact from the Dealership Inquiring if I was still interested in a 2013 GMC pickup Truck. The dealership staff was professional, Courteous, and sincerely concerned that I find the right Truck for me. They invited me to to come to their Dealership and a car salesman would be more than willing to show me their fleet of trucks. The staff were friendly and Informative.

Spend to much time with no one trying to help you out-there were at least 3 salesmen helping no one and they still wanted you to make an appointment for the following day and then I received an email the next day stating that the vehicle was sold the day before. I just don’t understand stand how you can have all this salesman just seating down doing nothing and the car and office floor full of people and still having to make an appointment for the following day. Worst experience ever while trying to buy a vehicle.

The overall buy was memorable. Staff was young and energetic. My only complaint would be that did pretty much everything online or phone and it still took an incredible amount of time to complete the purchase. But with that being said, I’m happy with my purchase and staff are amazing.
