Stopped by Pacific Autohaus to check out a vehicle and had a really good experience. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and completely no-pressure. The car was exactly as advertised and the lot was clean and well organized. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership that’s transparent and respectful of your time. I’d definitely come back when I’m ready to buy and would recommend them to anyone just starting their search.

CB Automotive was great! I don't love the process of buying cards because the sales people can be really pushy and just seem eager to make a sale. Wells and Mike were so kind and incredibly helpful! The process was seamless and so easy. We even had to have the vehicle delivered which was also an incredibly easy thing to set up. I really appreciate the care in which CB Automotive handled our transaction.

Alright I'm trying to make as detailed as possible. Independent Pre purchase inspection revealed $2700 of Fix to include all the fluids to be changed out and one spark plug. which is an incredible amount of money for something that I wouldn't think would cost that much. They refused. They said that this inspection was just mere recommendations to which I say what is the point of even doing independent inspection . I countered their $14,000 price asking them to apply to $2700 of fixes which they could do themselves in their own shop. And then I asked for an additional $2000 for the hassle and the depression they sent me through because I was sure I was gonna buy this car because I was sure it was gonna pass the inspection. You did not. Absolutely under no circumstances should you buy a used car from the Hyundai dealership in San Luis Obispo Absolutely Do not trust these People
