Concesionarios cercanos (AZ)

Initially hopeful with response to my car availability inquiry. Experience while at dealership lengthy due to staff shortages (per the staff). Promised owner's manual, programmed key and tire change (two tires for front axle were in the car's trunk) were not fulfilled at time of purchase nor have I received the owner's manual or programmed key. Staff was nice enough, but get everything in writing.

The owner’s name is Mike. I contacted him on Saturday to schedule a time to view the vehicle. Mike arrived on Sunday when the shop was closed to allow me to take it for a test drive. The process was comfortable, and Mike provided a detailed explanation of the procedure in a professional manner. I highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of a car. His vehicles are promising, and the warranty he offers provides a sense of security with a purchase. I had an wonderful experience with Mike.

They reached out a lot but their bots kept messaging me with the same questions after I already told them my specific needs that I needed a vehicle with remote start.They kept sending me vehicles that did not suit my specifications and they kept asking me the same question.So I had the eventually block the number.

Reached out about a truck that I was interested in then I proceeded to get follow up four times a day for the next week. If you’d like to be bothered, just because you were interested in looking at a vehicle for the next month, you should reach out to these people.

They got back to me the next day by text to let me know the car was available & any other ?'s , just ask . I would do business with them.

Honestly some of the best people there Rick helped me so much and showed me step by step what I was doing and how to go about everything the environment there is amazing and they definitely take care of their customers.
