Third vehicle from a Hanna dealership. They just do it right! My father was a dealer until last year 46 years and I still have access to market reports. It’s a dealership so they have to make some money but they’re not out here gouging people. Furthermore, little things are taken care of too wheel chip missing something little, they’re not trying to have a one time customer they’re in it for the long haul!

I specifically asked if the new tires were on the vehicle, and that I didn’t want to come in to see it until they were on. I called the salesperson, they said the new tires were on…and they were not, which I didn’t discover until I arrived. I’d rather hear “Let me check” than be told something untrue. Unimpressed.

Drove in from Elizabeth city, so almost 4 hours, and get about 30 min away and get an email stating they sold the car that I was coming to look at. No biggie, they had a truck on the website and I inquired about, nope sold. Why keep vehicles online as available but they are sold. Definitely feel like they bait and switch you. Never again dealing with any Hendricks dealerships.

Great example of what a dealership should and could be! Awesome experience with Financing, down payment coordination, test drive, car wash, a full tank of gas and a free meal at the diner were all great! What I liked the most…. the no pressure sales to include warranty add on’s remained as points of discussion and not points of pressure. ….if this sales culture remains, I will be back as a repeat customer! Keep up the great work!

The dealership doesn’t handle the financial and account transfer process. I’ve had the car for over a month and can’t add it to my app or supercharge it. Neither Tesla nor Audi in Cary, North Carolina, can help. I’m stuck in limbo!!!
