Inconsiderate business practices. We agreed on a time to test the ram 2500 that was for sell. Literally set this up 2 hours before hand. Drove 80 miles to test drive to be told a down payment was offered for the vehicle from someone else. No phone call, email or text informing me of the sell. Wasted my time and gas. I would never recommend a dealership with this unprofessionalism.

Worst dealer and salesman ever! I inquired about Toyota Camry 2019 through Car guru. Price listed was roughly 12k, but when I went there the salesman quoted 14k + taxes = Around 16k total ( he said they have internally 2k on this car and you would have to pay for that too). He said we won’t accept the listing price on carguru as a this is wholesale price, not the retail price. This is first time hearing that Carguru price is wholesale price not the price they are willing to sell at retail. BIG SCAM. Never experienced this type of service at any dealer. I drover 1.5 hours to this dealership from home and another 1.5 hours back to home plus 2-3 hours spent there arguing. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. AVOID THEM!!!!

I bought this tahoe from Craig and was very happy with the experience. I live 2 hours from dealership and Craig was honest about everything truck was just Luike he explained over the phone. Would recommend this place to others, good old wisconsin hometown kinda dealership in my opinion.
