We didn't end up buying this car, but Duane was a class salesperson.

Excellent experience here working with Ryan and his father Dan. Awesome family owned business with a VERY NICE selection of new to me used cars. Every car on the lot looked like it was very well taken care of by the previous owner which means they take their time selecting cars to offer the public. I purchased the Ford F150 Lariat 2018 and feel that I was offered a GREAT deal by the standards of CarGurus and based on the book values offered by the standard pricing guides out there. They helped with financing and made the transaction simple and got me out the door with ease. The nice touch was that they put new tires on the truck before even showing it, because it needed new tires. It seems like they conduct business by doing the right thing by the customer standards. I love getting a great deal, but I also love knowing that I am supporting a local business owner as well. I will be looking to them first for my next car within a year or two.

Price online was not actual price, misrepresentation!!! Price on CarGurus was $48,000. Once I started the buying process online with them the price I was given was $80,335

We didn't end up buying this car, but Ken listened to our needs, showed us around his lot a bit, and correctly pointed us to a perfect car for our needs, which we ended up purchasing. He was super friendly, upbeat, and not pushy at all. I'd enjoy hanging out with him and talking about cars. We would buy again from "Boston Kenny."
