Overall I have no issue with staff who reached out to me Mr. Smith. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The issue I do have is the deceptive or hidden sale pricing they advertise on their web site. They advertise one price, but once you contact them they give you the real price that has add ons/markups. They won’t sale you the vehicle (at least on Tiguan RT) without them. They advertised the Tiguan Turbo R for $44K, but the real price was close to $51K. Even if this included TTL (don’t think so) the markup was outrageous. I wish they were more transparent. I understand this particular model is in high demand, and a lot of customers are willing to overpay I’m not one of them.

I recently purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring from Eldorado Mazda and worked with Solomon Kim and Taylor Chandler. We had a specific issue with the windshield needing replacement and recalibration shortly after purchase. I was impressed with how they handled the situation—they took full accountability and ensured the ADAS sensors were perfectly calibrated. It’s easy to be a good dealer during a smooth sale, but Solomon and Taylor proved their integrity by how they handled the follow-up. Highly recommend this team.
