The X5 was exactly as described on the website—no surprises, just as advertised. The dealership itself was clean and immaculate, and even the bathrooms were well-kept, which says a lot. They offered us water and even recommended a great lunch spot down the street, which was a thoughtful touch. Mike Rios and Chris Brown were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated how helpful they were throughout my visit.
