They don't respond to internet inquiries. I tried to verify the car was available but could not get an answer. They responded 2 days later that the car was sold.

Working with Buster Miles Kia was great. We did everything over the phone/email and had the car shipped here. Everything was transparent, easy, and quick. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and kind. I would definitely recommend them.

Staff was not the best, I contacted this company on a Tuesday night saying I have a few questions/concerns about this truck because it had 2 accidents reported but no damage (3 owners as well) and would like to talk about it over text or email. The next morning I get a message saying “Morning Hunter” with no explanation on who this is or anything, I was then proceed to get asked if I could come to the dealership at 2:00pm that same day of the message, I then got another message from another lady about that truck asking if I can look at it that day and if I had a trade in available…… I still yet was asked what questions and concerns I had about that truck. Common courtesy is if i’m possibly going to spend 60 thousand dollars on a truck at your dealership you would contact me in a professional way. That may just me being picky but if you’re a sales person, you need to be professional because the customer is why you get paid.

The staff was courteous and prompt. But the advertise price was highly inflated with the dealership fees. I purchased a truck at a different dealership.
