Paid $40,000 for a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 17000 miles. I bought the car and then discovered the front floor mats were missing - floor covered with thin plastic. Only one key FOB. Roof mounted radio cover is missing. Satellite radio doesn't work. Passenger side mirror is broken. The car was on their lot for 2 1/2 months. You would think that they would have done a lot more to get it ready to sell. The salesmen ghosted me. A lesson learned about buying a used car from a dealer with poor reviews.

They tried very hard to get a deal done with me. Do review their paperwork though because they jack up the prices in other sections to remove any deals they make with you to lower price of the car. For example they took $300 off the car for it to be delivered to me as that was the cost of delivery. This was incredibly nice and I was very happy. However when reviewing the contract it said it would be $600 dollars to have the car title transferred to my name. Other dealers have only charged me $50 for this at max so I’m not sure what they’re trying to do. Ended up having to walk away due to that and their inability to finance my car at less than 19.99% Apr with 770 credit.
