My 2 boys and I test drove a few vehicles from Richis Auto last weekend. While we did not purchase a car from Richis, the experience was miles ahead of the larger auto dealers we have dealt with. Richis did not require us to provide any proof of insurance to test drive, and they did not ride along with us either. It was a very laid-back environment, and all the questions we had were answered in a friendly and professional manner. I higly recommed Richis Auto to test drive and purchase your next car. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and courteous. We will most likely return to Richis in the near future, as my younger son will be purchasing his first car in May.

i worked with brandon and he helped me buy my first vehicle and all i can say is 10/10 would recommend. He was honest and helpful through out the whole process, this dealership was wonderful to buy a vehicle from. Mr. romero was also the first person i spoke to about the vehicle and he also did and amazing job with answering my questions and was honest about pricing. I believe that honesty is rare now a days so i definitely would recommend this dealer ship !

Very unprofessional dealer this dealer tries to pressure you to buy right away and he does not like when people tell him no did not appreciate his way of handling business, especially being a business owner myself. I am quite busy yet. He seemed to harass me by messaging me various times and insisted that I was gonna buy the van not even looking at it. He did not like the fact that I wanted to take it to my own mechanic this guy is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t buy from this guy.
