Staff was tremendous, Car was listed with no carfax purposely. You have to ask for it. The car was wrecked in the door. They said it’s not a problem. Yeah ok when I go to sell or trade that will be the only conversation…! Then the Sales managers calls says what’s going to take for you to get in this vehicle. A Honest dealership sir… Take your time when making purchases you will be happier in the end..

I made an appointment to view the Bronco on Tuesday. I showed up to get my trade-in value and view the Bronco, 20 minute drive, only to be told when I got there that the Bronco wasn’t on the lot because it had been lent out as a courtesy car. Told that the vehicle would be back Wednesday morning but would need detail work done for a stain on the seat so, I should come in on Thursday morning when the Bronco would be ready to view/purchase. Th is evening, Wednesday night, I got a notification from CarGurus that the Bronco had sold! I’m very displeased with Stokes Hodges Ford in Graniteville, SC!!
