This dealership is very bad. The sales woman treat me like I was not a serious buyer didn’t seem to want to help me at all. They didn’t wanna even negotiate the price. They try to give me some story how they checked every car similar to theirs within 100 miles and they beat every price which is completely wrong because they were higher than everybody. I was a serious guy with a huge down payment ready negotiate they treated me like I was a nobody. I would avoid this dealership. There’s plenty of Audi dealers around within 100 mile radius.haha

A prompt reply was received to my inquiry. They provided all the information that was requested.

Look out for the $4,000 add-ons. Hated the hidden add-ons. You better put your foot down and say “NO” struggled back and forth to get the dealership to take the hidden add-ons out of my loan. there’s no way I was going to pay them for that. Car was listed no accident come to find out the whole right ride was repainted front to back. Front bumper, right finder, right front door, right back door, and right rear quarter panel. CARFAX showed there was a minor accident in the front but never figured out why the whole right side was repainted. Their Ad clearly states no accident I even took a screenshot and they’re dumbfounded. If it wasn’t for the low miles on the car I would have walked away from it. Overall experience was a definite “C+”. They tried their hustle but didn’t work on me and my wife. Remember to say “NO” to the add-ons you can always walk away. As the customer you always have options and leverage don’t be naive!

I really wanted to have a good experience with HBI, but there have been some disappointing issues after the sale. As of December 11, I still have not received the title for the car, even though it was supposed to be sent much sooner. I’ve had to reach out multiple times just to get updates, and the communication has not been proactive. On top of that, the car developed a loud brake squeak almost immediately, and I ended up spending $500 out of pocket to get it repaired. While the vehicle itself is what I expected, unexpected repairs right after delivery — combined with delays on essential paperwork — have made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I’m hopeful HBI will improve their follow-through and post-sale support. I will update this review once the title is finally delivered, but for now my experience has been mixed at best.
