Carla was great but made me lose out a mustang deal due to her being sick. Responsibly she should have gave the deal to someone else so they could have worked it for me instead of me losing deal. So pointers I was once a car sales lady and if we was going to be out a couple of days and knew something was hot and potential buyer I would have split it with another sales person .
