Sale price on CarGurus and credit application were not honored. A second credit application was run and I was not given the sales price quoted online. Trade in was low balled, told the color would be hard to sell even though Acura also makes cars with a similar color. Overall the dealership and people were ok.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. I also worked with Kim for the financing side of things. Easily the best financing manager I have ever worked with, she worked very hard to get me an amazing interest rate. As well as not forcing me to buy warranties and other add-ons. She explained each one and why certain ones would be good for me. If anyone I know is in the market for a car in the future I will tell to go here it was that good of an experience.

asked the car if still available, first time said sold, Second time asid still available, make app by 9:45 am next day, drive there 1 HR, all they told me is the car sold again, they don't know what they doing and what they talking about, first time had that kind the experience from car dealership, not happy about it
