Concesionarios de Acura cercanos (Lancaster, CA)

I have purchased a car from this dealer in the past and that was a great experience. This time terrible experience. They said the car was available, it wasn’t. They then sent me photos of 3 different cars that I was not interested in purchasing. I felt like it was bait and switch. The last communication was an email yesterday saying that a representative would call me which was the same message i received 3 days ago. I am still waiting for that call.

Terrible follow through. Despite setting up multiple times to talk, I never got a call and had to chase down the sales person and or sales manager. Sales person could not or would not answer a simple question about if a car was actually a CPO vehicle, even though the site said it was (it wasn't). I felt very disrespected throughout the process and that my time was not valuable.

Test drove a used car that was listed on the Metro Acuras website. The person who I had talked to about the test drive appointment told me to ask for them when I arrived. I did just that when I got there and learned they had got off work 1 1/2 hours before I got there. Vehicle had sale price that I made an offer on and was told it couldn’t be accepted due to the value of the vehicle. I left and the next day offered a higher amount for the vehicle and was told the same thing. I asked what the number was the vehicle had to be sold at and wasn’t given a clear answer. I went to the Metro Acura website. Followed the online purchase that gave me a total for the vehicle from the Metro Acura site. The same person who declined my prior offers told me the car couldn’t be let go for that price and I needed “More skin in the game.” Rather confused on how the dealers website generated price isn’t acceptable to the dealer.
