I contacted this dealership about several vehicles and repeatedly requested a full out-the-door quote, including all taxes and fees. They refused every time. If you read their own disclaimer on CarGurus, they openly state that they charge mandatory add-on packages and additional fees. So the lack of transparency isn’t accidental. This is a textbook bait-and-switch operation. They advertise vehicles below market to draw you in, refuse to discuss real pricing remotely, and only reveal the true numbers once you’re physically in the dealership. That’s when the inflated “mandatory” packages and fees appear. I’m glad I didn’t waste my time going there, and I strongly recommend others do the same. The advertised prices are not real. Save yourself the headache and work with a dealership that is actually transparent about their numbers.

Just like every other dealership in south Florida wont give an out the door price but will even send their janitor to email you on how you should come in now if you cant provide a simple request as an otd offer why should take the time to drive to your place so that the process of long waits and back and forward so call negotiation starts to just make you want to sign and hope your one of the many that dont read what your signing and get you with all the hidden fees

Sketchy finance department. Please read every document, as they will slide unsolicited add-ons to your finance package. Question everything. Don’t be lulled into a false sense of trust. “We are family-owned.” After reaching out to them, radio silence. I had to involve Corporate Acura to get a response from Phil Smith Acura. The sales team was phenomenal, though. If it weren't for the finance department, they would have gotten a 5-star review.
