We did end up purchasing the vehicle we went in to test-drive, and everyone we interacted with was very kind, professional, and helpful. The only thing that felt a bit unusual was when we arrived to the dealership we were told the car had been sold, only to hear about 20 minutes later that it was still available— to be honest that felt a little fishy, but overall it didn’t affect our experience. That said, we never felt pressured, and they didn’t budge, on the price. However, we liked the car and are very happy with our purchase overall. I would definitely do business here again.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. I also worked with Kim for the financing side of things. Easily the best financing manager I have ever worked with, she worked very hard to get me an amazing interest rate. As well as not forcing me to buy warranties and other add-ons. She explained each one and why certain ones would be good for me. If anyone I know is in the market for a car in the future I will tell to go here it was that good of an experience.

Had a great buying experience with Acura of Auburn, and I would recommend them to anybody shopping for a new car! Great communication, honest, and fair prices.
