Very pleasant experience, I did not feel pressured and got what I wanted.

The high stars are for Chad and Chad only! He’s a great salesman. Financing staff = scammers. I had a pre-approval, the finance manager was consistent about getting me lower interest rates, ran my credit to multiple places, and still ended up using my pre-approved lender. This vehicle was bought from the auction, it was not a trade in. Had I not purchased a pre-purchase inspection I would have been without the car cost+ $4000 in engine repairs just for the labor. This does not include the issues found on the cv axle. After finance saw/ heard about the pre-purchase inspection they called me and tried to suggest I purchase a powertrain warranty through them to get the car fixed ( they did not offer to drop the otd price). Warranties don’t cover pre existing issues. Finance tried to tell me theirs does. Do extensive research when purchasing any vehicle but triple check everything with this dealership.
