We had to get a new vehicle because my husband was in a car accident. We normally use Carvana but decided to try to buy from a dealership. 1. The response was quick, when is a deal not ;) 2. The price online was very reasonable but when we talked to the dealer he said "oh that's the online price, not in person". He eventually worked with us and said he would honor it. This particular dealership was 1.5hr away. When we got there he said the price went up $1000! I was ready to walk out i was so mad. Almost 4 hours later we got the car. They said it was detailed but it was most definitely not so we had them go through it again only for them to miss the same spots. 3. The next morning I got a text from the same dealer asking if I was looking for anything in particular and if I needed help. I literally just spent 4 hours in your business talking to you! Overall I did not like the experience and would definitely recommend carvana over a dealership.
