I called Babylon Auto because a friend of mine told me that they were really good and that he used to work there so I spoke to one of the gentlemen and was told that$500 would be enough of a down payment to get a vehicle I go down there I spend the whole day getting ready I sent over well over 100$ just getting there and for snacks. I get there and he tells me under no circumstance could I get anything off his lot for $500 down so I wasted my time my money and my outing for that week because I'm disabled and can't get out so basically he lied to me to get me down there thinking that he could get me to spend more money than I have so beware do not go to this car lot cuz he lies and he's dishonest all I was looking for wasa a cheap good reliable car and I did not get that here all I got was lies and deceit. I wish I could give no stars

I liked the car and it might have been priced right, the issue is the Hybrid batteries. The car, 100k miles and 14 years on the batteries. Lexus states the hybrid battery life is 8-10 years. It will cost the buyer $3990 to purchase new batteries, then they will have the cost of installation to contend with.

I inquired about a car from Northwest Euros and received a timely reply. The staff I communicated with was pleasant and helpful and was not at all overly pushy. I’ve inquired about cars from other dealers and received nonstop texts, emails and calls. I appreciated the reasonable response from Northwest Euros.
