Very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in viewing.

My experience at this dealership was terrible and upsetting!! I was looking to buy a used van or SUV for work and weighing my options. He had 2 vans available that I wanted to scope out and see which would be a better fit. The owner insisted I tell him which I wanted to buy without even allowing me to see both vehicles and was incredibly pushy. I sat in the first van and turned the engine on to take a listen & he gave me a hard time saying I was wasting gas. How am I supposed to know if the engine runs well if I don’t allow the car to idle for a few minutes? When I requested a test drive he said he doesn’t allow them unless I’m going to “buy the car TODAY”. Again, how could I know if the car works well enough for me to want to purchase it without taking it for a short spin? I couldn’t believe the way I was treated and didn’t even end up looking at the second van, I just left. I honestly don’t know how he manages to sell anything - he is a terrible, rude, and pushy salesmen at best.

The ad for the vehicle said No Accidents. however, when i asked the salesperson for a copy of the Carfax, it stated that it had been in a minor accident. when i asked the salesperson why it wasnt disclosed, he said something to the affect that it was only "minor" and per carfax " cosmetic???????????? he didnt have any specific knowledge of the incident so how could he know how much damage occurred????? Seems deceiving to me so i purchased another Q5 from another dealership.
