Update: After my original review, dealership management reached out directly, acknowledged the miscommunication, and worked with me to honor the original MSRP agreement. I didn’t expect the manager to personally follow up, but I appreciated the professionalism and effort to make things right.

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. My initial contact was not great—I felt like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer, and I didn’t receive a response for about two days. However, when they followed up, I was connected with a different salesperson who was terrific. They were professional, responsive, and made the actual purchase process much smoother. The finance process did take quite a while, which was a bit frustrating. Since I purchased the vehicle out of state, the original documents needed to be mailed to my state’s MVD. I requested a tracking number but have yet to receive confirmation that the documents were sent. Each time I call, I’m told it will be taken care of, but I still haven’t received any update. Overall, while the sales experience improved significantly after the initial contact, the follow-through and communication—especially regarding important documents—needs improvement.

I listed all of the features I wanted the most important being a sun/moon roof... With all the features 3 cars came back.. I took screenshots of the ad and clearly it said sunroof... This car was the right price and the salesman Mike was very friendly... The hold up was it was in California and I am in Texas.. I bought it anyway and had it shipped to me... I got it today and no sun roof... I called Mike and he said that is just the way it is... That someone else made up lists of features so they deceived me not him... I told him that he would have to knock something off of the price and he said no... That I wasn't the first person that had been deceived and certainly wasn't the last...He sent an aerial picture of just the roof of a car with no sunroof... Telling me that was it.. I believe I would have noticed that in the pictures especially since I was looking for a sunroof... I looked up the listing again but cannot find it... Just another scam.. Beware of this company...

I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase of my car through OC Auto Land and especially Max. He along with the other gentleman he has working with him we’re not only professional, but were extremely polite, friendly and courteous. One of the things that really sold me was the after sale experience. I had a question a week after the sale and Max answered it to my great satisfaction. I can honestly say that I have never had a less pressured or more joy filled experience with purchasing a car than I have had with Max and company. Oh, and let’s not forget the absolute gem of a car I received as well. Thanks Max!
