I was in text contact about a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500. I had all my question answered and decided to get the truck. I scheduled a pre purchase inspection. And had shipping set up. The day before the inspection they informed me they sold the truck. Never a word that someone else was interested in it. Sold right under me. Luckily Quinton Mobile Mechanics who were awesome did not charge me a cancellation fee. I am very disappointed with Topline Autoplex LLC!!!!

The dealerships manager showed minimal interest in my business, although I was allowed a test drive, no effort at all to make me buy the car, no interest in my trade -in, a 2014 Sonata with 84000 miles. Suggested I take my Sonata to Carmax for a possible higher valuation. I was terribly disappointed. I really liked the Lincoln. I was even willing to trade for a lower valuation. I only owe 6500 on the Sonata.
