Answered all questions I had on the vehicle and did his best to get me the best rate. Always polite and helpful. Marco called me about the Jetta for my girl. We went out there and test drive. She liked it so we put in an application. She doesnt have good credit so we were expecting not the best terms. When they came back it wasnt horrible. We were short on the down payemnt, sonwe went to aquire more funds. The next day i call him. We had more down payment. We were now $1000 apart. We $1000 flexibility in the price and we would have had a sale. He said he would talk totnhe finance guy. He NEVER CALLED BACK. I called 3 times. The last time, I talked to Aaron who said he was the finance manager. He was flippant about the approval and unwillingness to move on price and make a deal. We went elsewhere and bought another Jetta that same night.
