I made contact and at first it was great, person was responsive and answered all questions I had up until that point. As soon as I mentioned that I was not going to be paying all added and non mandatory fees, they stopped responding. I even sent a follow up email a few days later to give benefit of the doubt it was maybe delayed from the holiday, but still crickets. Not too cool.

I contact the dealer several times by phone and email. Initially their vehicles were being priced above MSRP. Later in November 2025 the dealership reduced their prices. I was looking for an EV9, Color Gray Wolf exterior and Brown only in the interior, GT- Line. One of the sales associates said there were some vehicles in transit that were scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. I made offers to various sales associates at the dealership. None of the offers were accepted. I found other dealers more competitive and sales associates that would accept or reject my offer.

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.

This dealer sucks. I talk to the salesman made an appointment to come down on Saturday. Drove over an hour to get there. They didn’t even wanna budge a dime on the price. They pretty much told me this is the price take it or leave it see you have a good day. the next day they drop the price $3000 Avoid this dealership.
