Great and responsive. Answered all of my questions. I was actually going to but the car i was looking at but they discovered that it had transmission problems so they were not going to put it on their lot. Great honest guys. I highly recommend this dealer because they look after the consumer!

Fantastic dealership experience. Honestly, I never look forward to going to a dealership. My daughter was looking to finance a vehicle for the first time. The salesman, GioVonni, was awesome. Super helpful, easy going, and not pushy at all. The truck was exactly as described. Clean and well maintained. Even filled with gas, which helps quit a bit these days. Financing was easy and quick. A handful of days later we had to bring the truck back for an engine light, that turned out to be nothing to worry about, but they were quick to get it in and taken care off. I’m glad my daughter’s first dealership experience was at Ken Garff Hyundai in Surprise.
