Took the car for a test drive, checked oil at a gas station and found no oil on the dip stick, found paperwork in the glove box from a vehicle inspection in Illinois from a mechanic. Listed with other issues in bold print was “No oil on the dip stick”. I informed the dealership that I wasn’t interested in the vehicle due to poor maintenance, manager came out and checked the oil. Told me that it was down only a quart and that the fluid was so clear that I couldn’t see it. I attempted to show him the paperwork in the car showing the existing issue documented months before and 2000 miles away Illinois. He refused to look at it and said he didn’t care about what a mechanic wrote. Very rude manager, he presented like the typical shady used car salesman. I wouldn’t buy this car, or any other vehicle from this strealership.

The car we originally went to see sold 10 minutes before we got there. They were putting the tags on it for the new owner when we were waiting. However Alex showed us another car that we were interested in and purchased. It’s been over a week and the car is great, no issues at all. Alex and Lucinda were both helpful and professional and made the process super quick and easy. Will definitely buy from them again.
