Excellent experience! A genuinely pleasant smaller car lot that doesn’t rely on gimmicks—no cappuccino machines or fancy tea menus, just good cars and honest people. The vehicles were in great condition, and I was handed the Carfax right away. It showed immaculate maintenance—new brakes, regular oil changes, fresh filters—all done before listing, not because a buyer requested it. Everyone I met was kind and professional, from the folks moving cars to the techs working on them. Prices were fair, and even an outside inspection confirmed I got a great deal. A refreshing change from the big-lot circus.

Trade in: Pictures and VIN were sent to the dealership ahead of time. The dealership researched the vehicle and verbally and in email communicated they would give what was owed on the vehicle. When we arrived, there was a check engine code on the vehicle. They cut the trade in value by half. They did not confirm the code type. They did not ask for repair receipts for the code. Financing-They use sub-prime lenders. Vehicle purchase price-CarGurus said it was overpriced by $2,000. They would not come down on price. Deposit-They required $500 to hold the vehicle for one week. It was not moving-sales. Sale-The vehicle had an error code. They said it was due to a battery "not charging". It ended up being a telescopic kit with over $1,500 for repair after taking it to a certified mechanic. I would never send anyone to this dealership. It was a terrible experience. The sales manager was rude and they sell cars online to unsuspecting good people for a profit. Stay away if you want a fair deal.

From the persons I worked with, both Fred and Zia were kind. The cars I looked at were very well taken care of and the price points were fair!

Well listed one price told me another price 22,995 asked about cash offer they jumped 23, 294 price again I've asked about tax , tag title out the door haven't heard back all said in done 25,000 never said nothing else in still haven't heard back then only come to find out 23,294 is for price of car and Delivery

We bought a 2024 Lexus NX 350H on April 4, 2026, from Reliable Chevrolet of Richardson, TX. While the Sales Consultant was excellent, the financing experience was misleading. We agreed to a 72‑month loan at 4.7% for $46,500 and declined all add‑ons. Despite being told the payment would rise only $2, the loan term and financed amount were increased without consent. Documents were promised by email but never provided, preventing us from securing insurance or driving comfortably.

Complete waste of time; was told they’d hold a car overnight for me to purchase next day, drove 350 miles to pick it up just for them to tell me it was already sold to someone else.
