visited this dealership regarding the 2019 Chevy van and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the staff was extremely pushy about financing and immediately wanted personal financial information before even allowing a simple test drive. I explained that I wanted to inspect and drive the vehicle first before discussing financing details, but they continued pressuring me to complete a credit application upfront. As a serious buyer, I understand financing may eventually be part of the process, but customers should be able to evaluate a vehicle first without feeling pressured or forced into providing sensitive information immediately. The overall customer service felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than professional and helpful. Transparency and respect go a long way when purchasing a vehicle, especially for small business owners and startup buyers trying to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

These guys are the best salesman Jose was cool. We had a great conversation during the test drive let me knw what all they were capable of. Even let me know about there paint and body guy Gambino who I look forward to doing body wrk paint on another vehicle I own. Put me in good hands with sales manager Sultan who is a honest guy let me know what they could do for me. Even knocked off few bucks since I bought vehicle cash oil change on spot. Had Rich his detail guy give me a free detail on my vehicle I drove to dealership not the vehicle I bought it was already spotless. These guys are very professional and like family the way the look out for customers and each other. I highly recommend these guys the do it all one stop shop with great customer care!
