Amazing purchase

Car was fresh off trade only couple days so it wasn’t posted like Normal after talking with them I got to test drive it and ended up taking it home this was a body style I was looking for did not have to drive hundreds of miles was close to home and no transfer fees to worry about due to my schedule I had to view it late pretty much there closing time and after an hr from arriving to taking car home first time doing any business with them felt it was good and better than expected will probably do future business with them it really was hassle

Unprofessional, especially for a big name dealership, they clearly don't look over the used cars they are selling on their lot. Drove 3 hours after talking to them on the phone to look at Toyota highlander, took less then a minute to find transmission fluid leak that wasn't just a small leak. A dealership that actually cares would go through and make sure they are selling a reliable vehicle, especially something clear and obvious to know something is wrong

Never heard a word back from anyone. Told them I had a approval from capital one and they still ran my credit with 3 other banks I emailed asking why a never heard a word from anyone.

Pulled into the lot..huge pot holes..very dirty..cars were not kept clean..drive right out of the lot..slowly

Dealer was very honest and upfront about the deal. Very flexible in working with my out of town finance

Todd was amazing to work with. Straightforward. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, gave me the time to really check out the car. He was amazing!
