Called to confirm the availability of a vehicle before I made a two hour trip to Illinois. The person who answered was kind and courteous. He told me the vehicle had been sold. I appreciate that he did not try to lure me in with a bait and switch tactics. Well, I understand not every salesman can be knowledgeable but every car he sells 100% they’re just to be brands too many models. The sales were made a continent to me that this car had been taken off airbags and put on springs according to the garage I guess.. no this car still has a ride and it still works. The car was very untidy. It needed to be detailed and clean and it was not. It had a bad battery. I had to buy first thing before I started. It was by a battery.. I did not pay a lot for the car. I know this but a running car. I thought I was buying one that I could start and drive once I got the battery in it. It starts in the drive.. depending on what car I’m looking for if this dealer had it would determine whether I would buy from again overall, the experience was satisfactory. I would not consider it top-notch, but it was satisfactory. That’s why I gave it three stars.
