The dealer attempted to change the advertised price. I was not a satisfied customer. The vehicle had a spare tire but the jack and necessary tools to change the tire were missing. There was construction materials in the bed of the truck. The staff was not very friendly. I was told a manager was not available to speak to me. I asked for the manager's name and I was told they don't give out the manager's name to customers. I would be hesitant to recommend this dealer.

Excellent sales representative and a very, very poor sales manager. The sales manager caused several unnecessary delays and returned visits to the dealership during this process. He lied, was deceptive about agreed terms, and spiteful. He seemingly has very little understanding of his real responsibilities (customer satisfaction and closing the deal).
