AutoNation Ford. The service was personal, professional and I immediately felt at ease. I’m huge on customer service. Belin-Salesman-Scott-Finance and Mathew-Manager. No tricks, hidden fees. I advised on the suv I viewed on line. OODP was given. Downpayment( my choice) SUV was clean, with a full tank and The history of my now 2021 Mazda 3x was presented. I’d definitely go back for my next car purchase. ( P.S.) I am a Women, who walked in alone. I prepared for the worst because of that reason. At know time was there an attempt to manipulate, add extra BS that really wasn’t needed , to up the price for the benefit of the salesman or the dealer ship. The communication and eye contact was awesome. There were know misunderstandings. No haggling games….. I was prepared for defensive based on a single woman, I was sure they’d try to take advantage. I was able to sit back and, let my shoulders down and relax. I have the up most respect for AutoNation Ford. And all that assisted me.

The Dealer was responsive and professional. We almost worked out a deal. They we flexible and reasonable. I wish we were able to reach a deal - just off the price by a little. Good people, you will be happy dealing with them.

Bait and switch type of business. Cannot be trusted. Listed a car for sale that was not available. The listing kept running for over a week. I called them to buy the car but they told me it was sold and tried to sell me a way worse car.
