My search for a 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser led me from RI to a listing on Car Guru via Victory Motor Sales in SC. I’d been searching for weeks & every time I thought I’d found a good candidate, poof! It was sold within a day. Then luck graced my search & from the moment I saw the gorgeous green 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser, I knew I had to have her! When I got the call back from Jimmy Gorrin at Victory Motor Sales, I tried to stay calm but my heart was racing. I tried not to want this emerald unicorn too badly but it was too late. I was smitten. Jimmy was incredibly kind, honest & fair during our entire transaction which included a good deal of back & forth since I was buying her sight unseen. He was my eyes. I placed a great deal of trust in Jimmy. He did not let me down. In fact, quite the opposite. He went the extra mile. I could not be more impressed with the way this transaction unfolded. I reached out online and was told that a salesperson would contact me with a video and photos of the car, I waited a day or so and ask again, still no call or video! This went on for a week with no response from the sales team. I even offered to drive to SC from TN once I received photos and if the car was what I was looking for and again nothing… I will not consider doing business with this dealership again.

Buying process was smooth but the car was bot detailed or even wiped down before they sold ot to me, which was disappointing. I spoke to 2 people and they never made it right.
