They where quick to put out information and kind to there customers

Went to test drive vehicle. Quoted an out the door price of $18k for the 2019 kia forte. note that the vehicle had a noticeable dent, battery warning came on, and the car wasn’t really clean inside. Also made noise when accelerating. Felt pressured to buy the car same day and sign papers that I didn’t want to sign. Probably would not return & would not recommend.

The guys here are so nice and sweet. They definitely kept in better contact than I did. I only di not make a purchase bc I have so much going on.

Great communication

I drove a hour and a half for a appointment made to buy a car, after reaching out to them two times to confirm the car availability.10 minutes away from the dealership they called to confirm the appointment, 3 minutes later they called to say the car was sold days before! Terrible communication especially gas being $4 a gallon.

They were very quick in buying the car! They were great! Would buy again from them.

They were helpful and pleasant Answer all my questions timely.

Still waiting to hear a final approval

Sales person Whitney was not honest or transparent during the process, we spoke throughout the week going over numbers and what I was looking for OTD/payment wise and it didn’t seem realistic for me as I was not comfortable with the initial numbers, then sales reached out to me over the weekend and coaxed me into coming to the dealership since it was the last day of the month and was willing to work a deal for me. I specifically asked what the deal would be before I came in and was assured my “presence” was the best leverage for offering the best deal. When I get there, I was presented with the same numbers that I was uncomfortable with to begin with which was waste my time and theirs. I’m not sure if they thought that I would fall into the sweet talk after seeing the car, but i wasted 3 hrs of my time with no results.
