The phone rang without answer for a day or two. The gentleman that did finally answer was not very pleasant. When I called the next day the gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and said someone would call me before the day was over but I never received a call.

They did not try to up-sell me on anything. I received a generous offer on my trade-in. There posting on auto sites was complete and accurate. Overall great experience for me. Try them if they have what you see on-line. If you have your paperwork ready, you will be in and out in less than one hour.
