Car wasn’t as advertised, salesman Carl was pushy and rude. Car had a lot more wrong with it than expected and it wasn’t reported until I brought it up. Would seriously never come here again, Carl alone is a creep.

Excellent pre-sale communication. Purchase price was clearly understandable and itemized. Don't let the store-front fool you. The two salesmen were quick and very easy to understand. They did not try to up-sell me on anything. I received a generous offer on my trade-in. There posting on auto sites was complete and accurate. Overall great experience for me. Try them if they have what you see on-line. If you have your paperwork ready, you will be in and out in less than one hour.

Max Lipman, car salesman provided deceptive practices with changing the purchase price from $16,842 to $17,841. The price was totally different than the advertised Cargurus price. Only after being approved for the vehicle, the price appeared different from the advertised price on Cargurus. I was informed by Max that the price was actually higher on his company's website and that Cargurus was just a third party advertising market platform. I was not pleased with the deception of the switch and bait price. I would NOT recommend this dealership at ALL! Unsatisfactory Service.

Great customer service!

Went to see vehicle before they 1hr before they closed Tuesdaynight. Arrived at the dealership told them I wanted the car and would be back in the morning. Made the appointment for 11am Wednesday arrived on-time at 10:30 had to wait because vehicle was on a test drive. Was told to sit and wait for another 1hr to the be told the car was sold. I was told its first come first serve but if I was there the night before and made it to my appointment wouldn't that make me first!!
