Had a great experience with Divan Auto Group. Purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper. For the most part everything went smoothly, there was a minor issue with the car, but the dealership went above and beyond to fix the issue and I am very pleased with the car. I recommend the dealership. They have a good selection of vehicles, staff are all friendly and it was a pleasant experience to purchase a car from them.

Poor communication, contacted them about 5 times with no call backs or any form of info from them whatsoever. Drove 2 hours after being told I could come look at the car only to be told the car is at the mechanic when I arrived.

Sales agent, finance manager were professional. Sales manager was rude and unprofessional when I presented him with a torn charging cable and he said it was a used car, so take it or we can reverse the sale. Only completed the sale by escalating the issue to the GM whom had a replacement charging cable delivered to my home.

They did not post any pictures on the website. I am one hour away & wanted to see it before I drove down there. When I started asking questions they did not reply. Kept saying pictures are coming. Then I received an email that sounded like AI & asked if I received all of the info I requested. I answered no & again requested the same info. I never heard from them again. I was very interested in purchasing that vehicle. They were not interested in selling it or assisting me at all. I would recommend this dealership at all.
